The mission of Sterling Institute’s
Government Services Group is to help public
sector organizations achieve their desired state. We do this
by providing government-specific programs, educational interventions and consulting and assessment services that enable executives, managers, supervisors and frontline employees to develop their capabilities and
build productive workplaces. We are dedicated to setting the
standard for organizational and individual development.

How Can We Help?

Consulting
Working with you, our consultants apply their knowledge of government organizations and the key issues facing government leaders and managers today. Our proven methods in planned change assist you in accomplishing your change initiative and sustaining the results.
Assessment
Assessment methods enable strategies for improving performance to be data-driven. Sterling Institute has been a pioneer in developing assessment instruments that serve the dual roles of providing individual feedback and organizational analysis.
Workshops & Training Programs
Created in partnership with our government customers so that participants readily discover the practices that will work best in their own environment. Every one includes actual government case studies reenacted on video and/or performance examples from government agencies.
